DELONTE West has been found and has entered a new treatment facility after he was picked up at a gas station on Monday in Texas by Dallas Mavericks team owner Mark Cuban.

Cuban reportedly had reached out to West’s family, who asked for help locating the 37-year-old man.

TMZ first reported the news of Cuban picking up West.

West struggled on and off the court during an eight-year NBA career, and once was indicted on weapons charges.

Out of professional basketball since 2015 when he suited up for the Texas Legends, the Mavericks affiliate in the NBA developmental league, West’s troubles continued and in 2016 reportedly left a rehab facility hallucinating after being on the wrong medication.

West was seen being beaten by a man on the road in Washington in a viral video, and in another clip seen shirtless and handcuffed on the side of the street.

The newest video showed West on the road asking people for money.

A first-round pick by Boston in 2004, 24th overall, West went on to play for the Celtics and Seattle Supersonics and said he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2008 when he was with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

West’s Mavericks stint was a short one, in 2011-2012, but it was Cuban who managed to track him down this time and reunited him with his family before checking into a treatment facility.
