DARIO Saric scored 12 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter and set up Justin Anderson for the go-ahead jumper as the 76ers defeated the New York Knicks, 105-102, on Friday in Philadelphia (Saturday, Manila time).
The Sixers ended a three-game slide and notched their 23rd win in 61 games, winning for the first time since declaring star big man Joel Embiid out for the season with a knee injury.
Saric also had 10 rebounds, while six other Philadelphia players scored in double figures, with Anderson 8 for 12 off the bench and finishing with 19 points.
Anderson hit a short jumper with 24.3 seconds left to push the Sixers ahead, 103-102.
Robert Covington scored 16, Jahlil Okafor added 12, TJ MCConnell had 11 points, while Richaun Holmes and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot had 10 each.
The Knicks absorbed their seventh loss in the last 10 games and 37th in in 62 outings.
Lance Thomas had 21 points, Derrick Rose came up with 20 markers, while Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis each scored 18.
