ASPIRING coaches get a chance to learn a thing or two from some of the world’s top tacticians as the NBA holds a coaching clinic on Tuesday at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Members of the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers’ coaching staff share their valuable knowledge in the free coaching development program, supported by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The Pacers are coached by Frank Vogel and the Rockets by Celtics legend Kevin McHale.

The Rockets and the Pacers are set to arrive next week to play in a historic NBA preseason game in the country as part of the 2013 NBA Global Games tour, which features eight NBA teams playing in eight cities in six countries this month.
Aside from the teams visiting the country, the Chicago Bulls, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Philadelphia 76ers and Washington Wizards will play in Brazil, and in the cities of Bilbao, Spain, and Manchester, England. The tour also includes games in Beijing, Istanbul, Shanghai, and Taipei.
