CHRIS Paul had 38 points and 12 assists to lead the Los Angeles Clippers in a 113-97 victory over the Washington Wizards on Saturday night (Sunday, Manila time)to end their East Coast road trip.
Paul shot 11 for 14 from the field, including 5 for 7 from 3-point range, and made all 11 of his free throws. Jamal Crawford, who was a starter for the game, scored 17 points. Blake Griffin tallied 16 points and nine rebounds. Jared Dudley chipped in 16. All five starters finished with double figures.
John Wall had 24 points and 12 assists for the Wizards, who are on a four-game skid.
