Kyrie Irving shows way, LeBron James returns as Cavs bounce back with rout of Pistons

KYRIE Irving made 11 of 15 field goals for 25 points and the Cavaliers hounded the Detroit Pistons all night long for a 104-81 victory in Cleveland on Friday (Saturday, Manila time).

Irving also added 11 assists to his total for the Cavs who shrugged off a slow start before blowing the game wide open. Cleveland led by as Many as 33 points, allowing the starters to sit out the final period.

The Cavs limited the Pistons to a 31.2 percent shooting while shooting 44 percent from beyond the arc (11-25).

LeBron James, who was rested in the loss against the Indiana Pacers, had 21 points, three rebounds and three assists while Kevin Love added 12 points and 13 rebounds for the Cavs who are now 7-1 at home and have the best record in the Eastern Conference at 10-2.

The Pistons starters had trouble with making their shots and only reserve Jon Leuer score in double figures with 15 markers.
