Grizzlies stretch streak to three and send Mavericks to fourth straight loss

THE Memphis Grizzlies stretched their win streak to three, while dealing the injury-depleted Mavericks their fourth straight loss, 80-64, on Friday in Dallas (Saturday, Manila time).

Chandler Parsons scored 12 points and Marc Gasol added 11 as the Grizzlies notched their seventh win in 12 games.

Tony Allen came off the bench to also score 11 points, as the Grizzlies

The Mavericks absorbed their ninth loss in 11 outings, and barely avoided matching or going below its franchise record low of 62 points.

Harrison Barnes scored 15 on 5 of 7 shooting for the Mavericks, who are still without Dirk Nowitzki due to an ankle problem.

Seth Curry was the only other Mavericks starter to score in double figures with 11 points, while Jonathan Gibson came off the bench to also score 11.

Deron Williams and JJ Barea are out both with calf strain.
