    Nets squander huge early lead but rally to beat Bulls

    THE Nets squandered a huge lead early before rallying to beat the Chicago Bulls, 107-106, on Saturday in Brooklyn (Sunday, Manila time).

    Caris LeVert and Spencer Dinwiddie showed the way for the Nets, who took a 25-10 lead early but found themselves trailing 86-94 in the fourth.

    The Nets rallied to move ahead 98-97 and wound up on top after a see-saw ending, notching their fourth win in the last five games.

    LeVert scored 19 points on 7 of 11 shooting, while Dinwiddie came off the bench and also came up with 19 points, making 6 of 9 field goal attempts.

    Rondae Hollis Jefferson had 16 points and 12 rebounds as the Nets notched their 20th win in 80 games.

    The Bulls absorbed their second loss in the last three games.

    Jimmy Butler scored 33, while Robin Lopez had 16 points for Chicago, which suffered its 41st loss in 80 outings.
