THE Chicago Bulls have applied for a disabled player exception for Lonzo Ball.
The 25-year-old Ball is expected to miss the entire 2023-2024 season as he recovers from a torn meniscus in his left knee.

The value of the exception is $10.2 million, which would give the team some room in signing players for the season.

Shams Charania of The Athletic first reported that the Bulls applied for the exception.
