Avery Bradley shows way as Celtics hold off Grizzlies for second straight win

AVERY Bradley showed the way as the Celtics made it back-to-back wins, edging the Memphis Grizzlies, 113-103, on Tuesday in Boston (Wednesday, Manila time).

The Celtics took a 10-point lead in the second and foiled a fourth-quarter rally by Memphis, who got to within three.

Bradley scored 23 points on 10 of 17 shooting for the Celtics, who scored their second straight win after downing the New York Knicks.

Isaiah Thomas had 21 points, making six of 14 field goal attempts.

Gerald Green came off the bench to deliver 19 points for Boston, which recorded its 19th win against 13 losses.

The Grizzlies absorbed their second straight loss and 14th in 34 games.

Marc Gasol had 26 points and was a rebound short of a double-double, Tony Allen scored 17 and Zach Randolph came off the bench to deliver 16 points.
