THE Washington Wizards defeated the Orlando Magic 98-80 on Monday night (Tuesday, Manila time) for their seventh win in nine games.
Trevor Ariza scored 24 points and John Wall notched 16 points with 13 assists as the the Wizards moved to .500 for the first time since the 2009-2010 season. Nene and Marcin Gortat finished with 14 and 13 points, respectively.
Arron Afflalo led all Magic players with 21 points, while Victor Oladipo added 13 points and six rebounds.
The Wizards are 4-1 since Beal went out with a leg injury.
