ORGANIZERS of the All In charity event featuring Allen Iverson have set up a meet and greet at the NBA Café Manila on Nov. 4.
“We want to offer our avid patrons a unique dining experience by offering them different packages for a chance to dine with and meet their basketball idols,” said NBA Café Manila general manager Nian Liwanag-Rigor.
“Slots are limited and will be on a first come, first served basis so I urge everyone to call us now to make reservations.”
Iverson, fellow former NBA players Eddy Curry and DerMarr Johnson and the Ball Up Streetball All-Stars are taking part in “All In”, a basketball fundraiser presented by PCWorx, which aims to raise funds to help build houses for underprivileged Filipino families through Gawad Kalinga.
Curry and Johnson will reinforce the local selection made up of UAAP and NCAA players led by Kiefer Ravena and Jeron Teng. Ball Up will feature former PBA hotsots Jerry Codinera, Renren Ritualo, and Willie Miller.
