THE San Antonio Spurs selected Victor Wembanyama as the first overall pick, as expected, in the 2023 NBA Draft on Friday, Manila time at the Barclays Center.

The Charlotte Hornets then picked Brandon Miller over Scoot Henderson, who went to the Portland Trail Blazers.

Twins Amen and Ausar Thompson rounded out the Top Five picks, going to the Houston Rockets and the Detroit Pistons, respectively.
