San-En had no answers to Nagoya's firepower, with the visitors shooting 44 percent from deep.
Yusuke Kano went on a perfect 4-of-4 from threes to score 14 points and help the Diamond Dolphins rise in the standings at 21-13.
Leo Lyons once again tallied a near-triple-double with his 17 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists, while former NBA player Jeff Ayres added 17 points, four boards, and two assists in the win.
In contrast, it was a struggle of a game for the NeoPhoenix, with Shuto Terazono pacing the home team with 21 points, eight assists, and three rebounds.
Kyle Hunt bounced back with 19 points and four boards, while Stevan Jelovac got 15 points and nine rebounds.
San-En continued to its slide as it fell to its fifth straight loss as it still misses the services of Filipino import Thirdy Ravena, who is out due to a fractured right index finger.
The loss kept the NeoPhoenix near the bottom of the standings at 7-27, as they turn their attention to Kyoto Hannaryz (11-23) on Wednesday at Hannaryz Arena.
