Leading the Pasig Grindhouse Kings to the championship of two of the four legs, the 24-year-old Fil-Am swingman accumulated 79,380 ranking points after scoring 96 points through 12 games.
Munzon's teammates Taylor Statham and Troy Rike also joined him in the country's top three, based on the latest numbers in Fiba 3x3 Play Rankings.
Statham, the league's third-best scorer with 91 total points, garnered 72,220 ranking points, while Rike collected a total of 77,590 points.
Pasig is entering the Final Four as the top seed after collecting 360 points from the first four legs.
Stakes just got bigger with the champion of the Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3x3 President's Cup, to be held on March 31 at SM Fairview Events Center, not only taking home the P1-million cash prize but also earning a ticket to the Doha leg of the 2019 Fiba 3x3 World Tour.
1Bataan Risers super scorer Alvin Pasaol, meanwhile, sits at fourth with 56,390 ranking points, while teammate and sharpshooter Anton Asistio completing the top five with 54,750 points.
Pasay Voyagers' Jaypee Belencion is at sixth (45,620 points), followed by Pasig's Dylan Ababou (45,070), and Pasay's Arvin Tolentino (45,040).
The Philippines remains 39th in the world with a total of 1,267,280 points, and sits at 47th in the men's side.
