Reymark Acuno had 12 points and eight rebounds for the Red Warriors, who dropped to 4-3.
Karl Penano had 18 points and six rebounds as National University beat Lyceum, 71-69. Ralph Tansingco had 16 points and eight rebounds for the Pirates in a losing effort.
Letran beat Arellano, 67-65, while Far Eastern University edged University of the Philippines, 56-53.
