MALACANANG-Philippine Sports Commission looks to score a quick knockout of Judiciary on Sunday as it eyes a return to the semifinals of the UNTV Cup at the Pasig City Sports Center.

The Malacañang-PSC Kamao earned a twice-to-beat advantage after finishing second in Group B elims with a 7-3 mark and can advance with victory over the Judiciary Magis in the 4:30 p.m. encounter.

The Kamao are hoping to reach the top this time after losing to Philippine National Police in an exciting three-game title showdown last season.

Meanwhile, the PNP Responders try to force sudden death with the Senate Defenders in the annual tournament for public servants with the chosen charity of the champion getting the P4 million top prize.

The Responders appear to have regained their offensive rhythm after a roller-coaster showing in the first round by winning three of their four games in the second phase.

Senate secured a twice-to-beat advantage after finishing second in Group A of the tournament organized by UNTV president and CEO Daniel Razon.
