Greg Malapit scored 17 points and had six rebounds as Malacanang improved its win-loss record to 1-1.
Former PBA star and now Adamson coach Kenneth Duremdes led the Senate with 31 points and 10 rebounds. Senate has one win in three games.
Meanwhile, former pro Don Camaso scored 33 points as Judiciary Magis beat the DOJ Avengers, 101-96, for a 3-0 record.
Paul Reguerra scored 33 for Avengers, which is winless in two games.
