John Rey Villanueva scored 11 of his 21 points in the opening period that allowed Makati to set the tone early.
Cedric Ablaza added 19 points for the Super Crunch.
The Knights dropped to No. 4 after absorbing their fifth loss in 22 games.
Ablaza scored nine in the fourth period.
Bataan salvaged a tough 77-70 victory over home team Laguna in the other game.
