Joshua Torralba had 24 points and five steals as the Super Crunch raised their record to 13-3, behind only the San Juan Knights (15-2) and Manila Stars (13-2) in the northern division.
Jeckster Apinan had 18 points, eight rebounds and eight assists, while Cedric Ablaza added 12 points for Makati.
The Super Crunch poured 54 points in the paint as against only 22 for the Realtors and tallied 23 points on fast breaks.
