CJ Perez had 14 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals for the Pirates, who will face either Adamson or Ateneo.
De La Salle-Zobel moved into the finals of the 16-under division of the tournament, beating Chiang Kai Shek College, 54-44.
Raven Cortez had 10 points, 10 rebounds and six blocks for La Salle-Zobel, which will face either Far Eastern University or National University in the final.
