Ferdinand Asuncion had 14 points while Frederick Asuncion added 13 points as No. 3 Chiang Kai Shek College defeated Letran, 78-72.
The Greenies will face No. 7 San Beda in the Elite 8 on Wednesday at the Mall of Asia Arena while the Blue Dragons take on No. 6 Mapua-Malayan.
Batang Gilas cager McLaude Guadana had 22 points for the Junior Pirates in a losing effort.
John Valdez tallied 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Squires, whose comeback from 19 points down just fell short in the fourth quarter.
