RONALD Pascual made his return to competitive basketball on Saturday as he played for the Pampanga Delta in the NBL Chairman’s Cup 2021.
The Delta faced Stan Spartan 4th District on Saturday, with Pascual entering the game in the second quarter.
Pascual last played competitive basketball for Alaska in 2018, but had fallen into hard times the past few years.
The former San Sebastian Stag and a member of the ‘Pinatubo Trio’ recently reunited with his family, returned to Pampanga and is now back playing basketball.
He was then given an opportunity to get back on his feet in basketball as Delta team owner and Pampanga governor Dennis Pineda, who discovered him during his younger days, included him in the Delta team.
