A technical foul was then called on the now 46-year-old David after he stormed to the other side of the court to confront Cruz near the Team Limay bench and gave him a hard shove, sparking a bench-clearing incident at the Kamalig Sports Complex.
As David was being led away by his players, a spectator entered the court and shoved the five-time PBA All-Star. Cooler heads intervened and separated the two, with the spectator later identified as a former coach of Team Limay.
