Renato Ular finished with 15 points for the Knights, who posted their first win after two outings in Group B.
Christian Kakonda led the Tigers with 15 points.
In other seniors matches, Arellano defeated AMA University, 79-76, with Marvin Taywan scoring 16 points as the Chiefs win their first outing in Group A.
In juniors matches, Tyler Tio had 30 points as Xavier beat San Benildo, 71-57, while AMA downed Lyceum, 93-80, and National University beat Holy Cross-Pampanga, 87-71.
