LETRAN and Far Eastern University won in their semifinal assignments recently in the Milcu Got Skills Elite Showcase 25-under tournament at the Trinity University of Asia.
Kenny Rocacurva had 35 points and nine rebounds, and Joseph Brutas scored 19 points in the Knights’ 72-69 win over National University.
Keith Flores scored 20 points and RJ Abarrientos had 16 points for the Tamaraws in their 76-56 win over Trinity University of Asia.
Letran outscored NU, 21-12, in the fourth period to overcome a 57-51 deficit at the end of the third.
FEU led by as many as 20 points after giving up the first five points of the match.
Joffrey Morito scored 17 points in La Consolacion College’s 80-68 win over Lourdes School of Mandaluyong in the 17-under, while Kim Tamayo had 17 points in National University’s 65-56 win over Xavier in the 15-under.
