KEVIN Quiambao posted his second 30-point game in the Korean Basketball League (KBL), leading the Goyang Sono Skygunners to a 92-82 victory vs. Wonju DB Promy on Saturday at Wonju Gymnasium.
The Gilas Pilipinas star delivered 31 points for the road team, as he shot 4-of-10 from distance, on top of 11 rebounds, two assists, and one steal.

Quiambao’s stellar game enabled Goyang Sono to win back-to-back games and climb to a 13-25 record.
Ethan Alvano led Wonju (18-22) with 25 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds in the defeat.
Meanwhile, Carl Tamayo’s Changwon LG Sakers suffered a shock 70-55 defeat to Anyang Jung Kwan Jang Red Boosters at Changwon Gymnasium.
The former University of the Philippines standout nabbed 14 points, six rebounds, and two assists, as they fell to a 25-15 record.
Javi Gomez de Liano, another former Fighting Maroon, played a crucial role in the upset, draining four treys for his 19 points, seven boards, two assists, and one steal to move up to a 15-25 slate.
SJ Belangel also helped Daegu KOGAS Pegasus take the 66-63 escape from Seoul Samsung Thunders at Seoul Jamsil Gymnasium.

He put up eight points on 2-of-3 shooting from deep, to go with four boards, two assists, and two steals to improve his team’s record to 21-18.
Justin Gutang only had a solitary point, but did get six rebounds and three steals in 31 minutes of play in the Seoul defeat, as it went down to a 12-27 record.
