KEVIN Quiambao returned to Korea with a bang, firing a near-triple-double effort in Goyang Sono Skygunners’ 95-85 victory over Busan KCC Egis on Wednesday at Busan Sajik Gymnasium.
The back-to-back UAAP MVP was riding high after serving the country once again as he had 12 points, eight rebounds, and an eye-popping 18 assists.
His playmaking more than made up for his atrocious 2-of-11 clip from outside as Goyang Sono won three of its last five games.
Quiambao continues to be a difference maker for the Skygunners which improved to a 13-26 record.
