Justin Patton shows way, Kobe Paras chips in as Creighton downs Loyola-Md to stay unbeaten

JUSTIN Patton scored 17 points as No.12 Creighton kept its slate unblemished with an 82-52 rout of Loyola-Marylad on Saturday in Omaha (Sunday, Manila time).

The Bluejays notched their sixth win in as many games, with Kobe Paras coming off the bench to play eight minutes, hitting a two-point basket while missing an attempt from beyond the arc.

Marcus Foster added 16 points for Creighton, which next takes on the Buffalo Bulls (3-2).

Khyri Thomas scored 10 and Martin Krampelj came off the bench to match that output as the Bluejays dealt the Greyhounds their fourth loss in six games.

The Bluejays held a five-point lead at intermission and stepped on the gas in the second half, outscoring the Greyhounds 52-27.

Jarred Jones led Maryland with 13 points, while Andre Walker added 12.
