KEVIN Quiambao played no-relief ball as Goyang Sono stayed alive in the Korean Basketball League (KBL) finals by pulling off an 81-80 win over Busan KCC in Game 4 on Sunday.
Facing elimination after falling into a 0-3 hole, the Skygunners finally broke through in the best-of-seven finals as Quiambao turned in an all-around effort with 10 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.

The two teams will meet again on Wednesday with Goyang aiming to extend the series to a Game Six as Busan gets a second shot at securing the championship.
William Navarro once again did not see action for Busan.
Goyang controlled the opening half and built a 47-36 advantage before Busan responded with a strong 28-14 third-quarter run to seize a 64-61 lead entering the final quarter.
The Egis appeared on track to clinch the title after taking a 79-77 edge late in the final period. But with less than 24 seconds left, Quiambao made the extra pass from the corner that led to Lee Jong Hyun's go-ahead basket, 80-79.
Heo Hoon split his free throws with 3.6 seconds remaining to tie the game at 80-all, but Lee delivered the winning point from the free-throw line after drawing a foul with 0.9 seconds left.
