JUSTIN Brownlee tallied 26 points, 12 rebounds, and six assists to lead Pelita Jaya Basketball to an 89-83 win over Ulaanbaatar XAC Broncos on Thursday and a place in the next round of the Basketball Champions League (BCL) Asia Qualifiers.
Brownlee’s effort enabled his Indonesia ballclub to pick up a second straight win - enough to top Group B and secure a place in the second round of the qualifiers to be held from April 23 to 25 in Jakarta with still one game to play.

Andakara Prastawa Dhyaksa had 17 points while Brandon Jawato had 15 points for Pelita Jaya, which winds up Round One of the qualifiers in Mongolia with a game against Adroit Club.
The Gilas naturalized player and Barangay Ginebra import is playing in the BCL Asia qualifiers as part of his commitment to Pelita Jaya after signing with the ballclub recently.
The BCL Asia is formerly known as the Fiba Asia Champions Cup, with the PBA gaining outright entry in the tournament proper along with the Japan B.League, Chinese Basketball Association, Korean Basketball League champions.
