The Knights notched their ninth win in 11 outings in beating the Maroons, who suffered their second loss in 13 outings.
Christian Fajarito had 12 points for the Knights, who also got nine points from Dave Yu and eight from Larry Muyang.
Bright Akhuetie had 13 points for the Maroons.
In the 17-under division, De La Salle Zobel beat University of Santo Tomas, 60-45, to advance into the semifinals.
Jack Macasaet had 11 points for the Junior Archers, who will again face UST in the semifinals.
Aldrin Clemente had 14 points as Lyceum beat Trinity University of Asia, 69-52.
