CENTRAL Conference champions San-En NeoPhoenix continued to ride this big wave of momentum heading to the 2023-24 Japan B.League playoffs, stringing their sixth straight victory on Sunday.
Thirdy Ravena and Co. swept Kai Sotto and the Yokohama B-Corsairs, 99-92, at Yokohama Buntai.
Ravena nabbed 17 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and one steal to push San-En up to 43-10.
Yokohama's hopes dented
On the other hand, the loss dented Yokohama’s playoff hopes as it slipped to 22-31 despite Sotto’s 23 points, seven rebounds, three steals, and one block.

Rare win for RJ

Over in B2, Yamagata Wyverns fell to Iwate Big Bulls, 79-65, at Yamagata Prefectural Sports Park to split their weekend series. Roosevelt Adams only had four rebounds as Yamagata sunk to 30-28.
