    Thirdy Ravena's double-double helps end San-En's four-game slump

    THIRDY Ravena's double-double helped San-En NeoPhoenix to a huge 97-79 comeback win against Niigata Albirex BB on Wednesday in the 2022-23 Japan B.League season at Toyohashi City Gymnasium.

    The Gilas Pilipinas guard scored six of his 15 points in the fourth quarter as the hosts outscored Niigata, 23-8, in that stretch to take charge for good.

    Ravena added 10 assists, two rebounds, and two steals as the NeoPhoenix ended a four-game skid and rose to a 13-16 card.

    Kyle O'Quinn led San-En with 26 points, six boards, three assists, and two steals as six players scored in double figures for the home team. Kosuke Kanamaru and Kazuki Hosokawa both scored 15 in the huge win.

      Meanwhile, Bobby Ray Parks' Nagoya Diamond Dolphins showed no mercy on Kiefer Ravena's Shiga Lakes in a 85-62 win at Dolphins Arena.

      Parks only had nine points, all coming from three-pointers, on top of nine rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

      Coty Clarke led the way with 21 points, 12 boards, and three assists as Nagoya claimed back-to-back wins and climb up to 21-8.

      Ravena, on the other hand, missed all of his nine shots in 24 minutes of action as he went scoreless and only contributed two assists and two steals in Shiga's 12th straight defeat to drop to 4-25.
