"I'm looking forward to the new journey with everyone at Shinshu Brave Warriors, and I will do my best to win as many games as possible," Abarrientos said in a statement released by the team.
"I can't wait to play in front of everyone! See you soon."
The 23-year-old guard had a breakout rookie year and topped all Asian imports in the KBL with 13.6 points, 4.8 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.4 steals in 51 appearances for Ulsan.
Meanwhile, the former FEU Tamaraw looks to revive Shinshu's title hopes after a 10th place finish last season with a 29-30 win-loss record.
Abarrientos joins the likes of ex-college stars Carl Tamayo and the Juan Gomez de Liaño among Filipino standouts in the Land of the Rising Sun.
