Millora-Brown is coming off a solid showing for the national team in the November window of the 2027 Fiba World Cup Asian qualifiers where he averaged 7.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in a two-game series against Guam.
QMB becomes the seventh Filipino import in Japan, joining Kiefer Ravena, Ray Parks, Francis Lopez, AJ Edu, Kai Sotto, and Dwight Ramos.

His arrival will be a big boost for the perennial contender Chiba, which currently owns a 24-6 record.
With the Jets, Millora-Brown is set to team up with Akatsuki Five staple Yuki Togashi and former NBA stud Yuta Watanabe.
