Meanwhile, Greg Slaughter was deactivated by Rizing Zephyr Fukuoka in their 83-65 win over Earthfriends Tokyo Z at Ota Gymnasium.
The win pushed the Rizing Zephyr to a 9-13 record to end a six-game losing slump.
Curiously, Fukuoka had one player placed under health and safety protocols for this weekend series.
