KIEFER Ravena and the Shiga Lakes took a step closer to earning a return ticket to the top flight of the Japan B.League.

Shiga has been the pacesetter in the West District all season long and Ravena has been a big reason for that, averaging 12.6 points on 35.6-percent shooting from deep, to go with 5.9 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.0 steal.
The Lakes were relegated to the second division last year with their 13-46 slate in the first division.
B2 playoffs
At 43-4, Altiri Chiba was the first team to secure a playoff spot, which will have the Top 8 at the end of the 24-team regular season fighting for two spots in the top flight.
Meanwhile, Roosevelt Adams recorded his season-high performance in Yamagata Wyverns’ two-game series against Kumamoto Volters at Yamagata Prefectural Sports Park.
The Fil-Am winger dropped 21 points in Yamagata’s slim 78-76 defeat on Saturday, where he also garnered seven rebounds.
But the Wyverns bounced back as Adams got 17 points and four boards in their 94-88 win on Sunday to rise to a 22-25 record.
