A RARE quintuple-double made by a player in a recreational league is stirring quite a buzz on social media.
Edward Garcia completed the unique feat in the Shang Properties Basketball Tournament 2018 when he had 21 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists, 10 steals, and 10 blocks in leading Property Management to a 69-57 win over Mall Operations.
The tournament was held under the auspices of Kings of the Court, one of the organizers of recreational leagues in the country, and the feat was posted on its Facebook account on Friday.
Details of the feat aren't avaialble at posting time but the post of Kings of the Court has already generated more than 700 shares on Facebook.
The amazing feat follows an achievement by Mac Santos, a barangay chairman of Barangay Elias Aldana in Las Pinas City who scored 98 points in a game played in the Next5 Hoops recreational basketball league.
