    Ignite downs Raptors, stretches streak to three as Fil-Am Jalen Green sustains solid play

    IGNITE zoomed to the top of the NBA G League leaderboard with a big 113-105 win over Raptors 905 on Saturday at AdventHealth Arena in Orlando (Sunday, Manila time).

    Daishen Nix got his moment in the spotlight as he unloaded 25 points, eight rebounds, and six assists as the select team remained undefeated at 3-0.

    Jonathan Kuminga continued his stupendous run inside the bubble with a double-double of 23 points and 13 boards, as Fil-Am Jalen Green tallied 21 points, three rebounds, and three steals.

    With Ignite holding a 97-96 lead with 5:08 remaining, the young stars created a bit of a breathing room as Kuminga scored on a layup before Green followed it up with a booming three to erect a 102-96 lead with 3:32 to play.

    The top prospects then preserved the lead, capping the win off with an alley-oop connection from Jarrett Jack to Green with exactly a minute left.

    Isaiah Todd added 14 points on 4-of-5 shooting from deep for Ignite. Filipino Kai Sotto is looking to rejoin Ignite in Orlando after attempting to suit up for Gilas Pilipinas in the FIba Asia Cup qualifiers.

    Ignite takes a one-day break before turning its attention to the Iowa Wolves on Monday.
