HOBE Macway Travel booked a return trip to the Republica Cup commercial division finals after beating Baliwag, 96-88, at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center.
Cameroon's Shooster Olago scored 16 points for Hobe, which faces either Racal Ceramica or Mighty Sports.
Hobe hopes to make it to the top this time after bowing to Mighty Sports last year.
Hobe outscored Baliwag, 25-17, in the second period and maintained the lead, with Olago scoring 11 in the fourth.
Eric Dela Cuesta added 15 points, while Jeff Sanders finished with 12 points for Hobe.
