GLUTAGENCE defeated Quezon Lady SparTAN, 59-50, on Saturday to remain unbeaten in the Pia Cayetano WNBL Season 2021 at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Raiza Palmera-Dy once again took over for the Glow Boosters and finished with 19 points and nine rebounds to improve their record to 3-0.
Palmera-Dy scored nine points in the third quarter as Glutagence pulled away, 48-33, at the end of the period.

Nicole Cancio had eight points and four rebounds, with Micah Figuracion playing an all-around game of seven points, four rebounds, four assists, and three steals.
JP Gula also had a key role in the victory as she grabbed five rebounds and dished out seven assists in 19 minutes of play.
Kristine Duran had 12 points, five rebounds, and three steals, while Jessa Taroja had 10 points and three steals but the Lady SparTAN suffered their second loss of the season. Jo Razolo pulled down a game-high 10 rebounds for Quezon.
Meanwhile, the clash between Pacific Water and Quezon on Sunday was postponed due to the league’s health and safety protocols.
