GILAS Pilipinas resumed its Monday-only practices after the Lenten break - and not even a bomb threat in its regular training facility could stop it.

After giving way to a PBA double-header last Monday, the national team got back on the grind at its usual training ground at the Meralco gym as the Moro Lorenzo Center and the entire Ateneo campus in Katipunan was on lockdown due to a bomb threat.

Sixteen players, including four cadets, attended practice that saw coach Tab Baldwin continue to fine-tune offensive sets they applied on mini scrimmages.

Calvin Abueva, Marc Pingris, LA Tenorio, Jeff Chan, Gabe Norwood, Ranidel de Ocampo, Marcio Lassiter, Matt Rosser, Greg Slaughter, Japeth Aguilar, and Troy Rosario were the pool players in uniform.

Mo Tautuaa, the naturalized player replacement, also suited up along with amateur standouts Mac Belo, Kevin Ferrer, Russel Escoto, and first-time participant Roger Pogoy.

Jayson Castro, June Mar Fajardo, Paul Lee, and Ryan Reyes were also in attendance but were reduced into spectators as they rested injuries.
