KIB Montalbo and Prince Rivero got the green light to suit up in La Salle's semifinal match against Lyceum in the Filoil Flying V Preseason Premier Cup on Friday.

Asked if he will play the two cagers, La Salle coach Aldin Ayo said he will make the call on Friday morning before his team takes on the resurging Pirates at the Filoil Flying V Centre.

"May go-signal na e (from the doctors)," said Ayo after his team clinched a slot in the penultimate stage by drubbing FEU, 78-53, on Wednesday. "Sa Friday morning sasabihan ko kung lalaro o hindi."

Ayo said Montalbo (knee injury) and Rivero (hand injury) are already in game shape, but he elected not to use them in the quarterfinal tussle against the Tamaraws.

"But they're ready," he said.

"Manghula na lang si (Lyceum coach) Topex (Robinson) kung gagamitin namin sila," he added in jest. "Kundisyon naman e. In terms of endurance, kahit di sumasabay sa drills, ready yung mga yun. Anytime pwede ko hugutin o palaruin."
