PERPETUAL Help limited College of Saint Benilde to the lowest scoring output in league history, 59-41, on Friday in the Filoil Flying V Preseason Premier Cup.

Bright Akhuetie finished with 19 points and 12 rebounds, Gab Dagangon added 15, while Jeffrey Coronel chipped in 11 for the Altas, who clinched a quarterfinal spot in Group A with a 5-2 win-loss record.

The Altas also held CSB to six and seven points in the first and fourth periods, respectively, as the Blazers matched the record for the lowest point total in the 10-year history of the league--set also by the CSB in a game against San Beda last June 6, 2012.

Perpetual Help is currently at third spot but can still gain the second-seed in the quarterfinals if Arellano loses to National University in the final elimination round game on Sunday.

The Chiefs and the Bulldogs are tied at first place with a 5-1 win-loss record.
