Fil-Am Nation Select-USA and Adamson pulled off hard-earned victories on Friday at the Mall of Asia Arena to arrange a showdown for the Division 1 title of the 2024 Smart-National Basketball Training Center (NBTC).
Terrence Hill scored 18 points, pulled down seven rebounds and handed four assists to power Fil-Am Nation to an 81-72 win over Batang Tiaong.
The Adamson Baby Falcons leaned on John Ray Abayon’s 19 points and eight rebounds to oust the Mapua Red Robins, 70-65.
In Division II, Top Flight Canada and Eco Green Technology-Makati hurdled their Fearless Four round assignments to reach the final.
Joey Panghulan, getting an assist from Allen Vergara, beat the buzzer to lift Top Flight to a dramatic 87-84 triumph over the Arellano Braves.

Justin Thompson led Top Flight with 18 points, six assists, and five rebounds.
Eco Green, on the other hand, dominated Philippine Christian University Dasmarinas, 95-82, behind Russel Bayani who had 27 points.
The two final matches will be played on Sunday, also at the MOA Arena.
