NO surprise, Jayson Castro’s move makes it to the top five plays of the 2015 Fiba Asia semifinals.
Castro’s up and under move gave Gilas Pilipinas some cushion early in the fourth against Japan asn the nationals went on to win, 81-70, to reach the gold medal match.
“The most electrifying man in Asian basketball right now,” according to the Fiba commentator came up with the No. 5 best play.
And although Castro made a lot more plays and others stepped up to join the scoring including Dondon Hontiveros, the next four best plays chosen were all from the China game against titleholder Iran.
Check it out, admire Castro’s fine move, and watch the four other plays that would give an idea what’s in store for Gilas Pilipinas against home team China.
