Quentin Grimes showed the way for the US squad with 20 points on 9 of 17 shooting, while Alec White went 5 for 12 to deliver 15 points.
Cole Anthony scored 14, Jeremiah Robinson added 13, Matthew Hurt has 12 points, while Mark Watts chipped in with 11.
Fil-American Kamaka Hepa came up with four points on 2 of 4 shooting in seven minutes of action for Team USA.
The US earlier defeated the Dominican Republic, 105-73, and Panama, 118-26.
As top team in Group A, the US take on winless Group B bottom squad Ecuador in the quarterfinals.
