Quientin Grimes scored 26 and had eight rebounds, while Alec White had 25 points as the US arranged a title match with Canada, which beat Puerto Rico, 95-89.
Matthew Hurt had 16 points and eight boards, while Quamdeen Dosunmu scored 13.
Fil-Am Kamaka Hepa had two points and two rebounds in over four minutes of action.
Francisco Caffaro had 22 points, while Juan Ignacio Marcos and Juan de la Fuente scored 17 each for Argentina, which takes on Puerto Rico in the battle for third.
