June Mar Fajardo and Jayson Castro headlined the 17 men who were present for the session as coach Yeng Guiao laid down the groundwork for his preparations for Friday's game with film viewing.
Also attending were team captain Gabe Norwood, naturalized player options Christian Standhardinger and Stanley Pringle, as well as Alex Cabagnot, Marcio Lassiter, Arwind Santos, Greg Slaughter, Japeth Aguilar, LA Tenorio, Scottie Thompson, Paul Lee, Troy Rosario, Matthew Wright, Beau Belga, and cadet Ricci Rivero.
Kai Sotto missed the practice due to classes, while Poy Erram was out due to a family emergency.
The Philippines is preparing for the first of its two-game homestand at Mall of Asia Arena, with Kazakhstan slated on Friday and Iran on Monday.
