ONLY 13 players showed up at the Gilas Pilipinas practice three days after the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) officially released the 19-man pool for the FIBA World Cup.
Not around at the Meralco gym on Thursday were June Mar Fajardo, Paul Lee, Mark Barroca, Robert Bolick, Christian Standhardinger, and of course Fil-Am NBA player Jordan Clarkson.
Stanley Pringle did show up though, to join fellow naturalized player Andray Blatche. It was the second time the shifty Barangay Ginebra guard attended practice since the national team opened training camp last week of June.
Others present were Marcio Lassiter, Roger Pogoy, Japeth Aguilar, CJ Perez, Raymund Almazan, Beau Belga, Matthew Wright, Gabe Norwood, Kiefer Ravena, Poy Erram, and Troy Rosario.
Aguilar however, didn't join the national team in its scrimmage.
